Let's combat sex trafficking and contribute to change!
Story
Your generous support will be helping me with my commitment in raising funds and awareness for The Somaly Mam Foundation through Project Futures, who are dedicated and passionate to combating human trafficking and sexual exploitation in Australia and South East Asia.
The funds contribute to Cambodian centres that rescue, rehabilitate, reintegrate and educate women and children (as young as 3!) who have been forced into commercial sexual exploitation.
I am touched by Somaly Mam, a Cambodian sex trafficking victim who after escaping a world of sexual exploitation, has dedicated her life to rescuing the astonishing number of women and girls who are continually being tortured and abused.
No one should have to endure such torture, so to show my gratitude for my safe wellbeing, I am contributing my support and will cycle 415km through Cambodia in February 2014 - alongside a group of dedicated Business Chicks in my pledge to raise a minimum of $7,000.
xoxo
